| 1/4 lb | Camembert cheese, at room temperature | 115 g |
| 1/4 lb | unsalted butter, cut into 6 pieces | 115 g |
| 1/4 cup | sweet white wine, like Sauternes | 60 mL |
Toast cashews in a 300°F/150°C oven until nuts are lightly browned.
Place nuts in food processor and grind until fine.
Remove rind from Camembert, and cut into 6 pieces. Add pieces of Camembert, pieces of butter and white wine to nuts in the food processor.
Process, turning machine on and off so that mixture is well blended but does not reach melting stage. Heap in a bowl and chill.
Serve with crackers and raw vegetables.
