| 2 tbsp | olive oil | 30 mL |
| 1/2 tsp | garlic, finely minced | 2 mL |
| 1/2 tsp | dried oregano | 2 mL |
| 1/2 tsp | dried basil | 2 mL |
| 2 | whole wheat pitas (5-in/12-cm) | 2 |
Combine oil, garlic, oregano and basil.
Cut each pita into 8 wedges; separate each wedge into 2 triangles. Lightly brush the oil mixture on the inside surface.
Place brushed side up on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350°F/180°C for 12 minutes, or until crisp and toasted.
These low fat crisps are great for munching!
