| 1 cup | cheddar cheese, shredded | 250 mL |
| 1/4 cup | soft butter | 60 mL |
| 1/2 cup | all-purpose flour | 125 mL |
| 1/2 tsp | salt | 2 mL |
| 1/8 tsp | paprika | 0.5 mL |
| 24 to 28 | pimento stuffed olives | 24 to 28 |
Blend cheese and butter.
Sift flour, salt, and paprika and blend into cheese mixture. Work into a ball and roll out to about 1/4-in/0.5-cm thickness. Cut in 1/2-in/1-cm strips.
Roll each olive in a strip of cheese dough.
Bake on an ungreased baking sheet in a 350°F/180°C oven for about 15 minutes.
