| 1 tsp | capers | 5 mL |
| 1 tsp | caper juice | 5 mL |
| 1 tsp | finely chopped green onion | 5 mL |
| 1 tsp | mayonnaise | 5 mL |
| 8 oz | smoked salmon, cut into 1-in/2 -cm strips | 225 g |
Cream first 5 ingredients. Spoon small amount onto salmon strip and roll. Fasten with cocktail toothpicks. Refrigerate until serving.
