| 2 cups | old cheddar cheese, shredded | 500 mL |
| 1 tbsp | pimiento, finely chopped | 15 mL |
| 1 tbsp | green pepper, finely chopped | 15 mL |
| 1 tbsp | onion, finely chopped | 15 mL |
| 2 tsp | Worcestershire sauce | 10 mL |
| 1 tsp | lemon juice | 5 mL |
| dash of cayenne | ||
| dash of salt | ||
| finely chopped nuts or parsley |
Combine softened cream cheese and cheddar cheese. Mix until well blended. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill at least 1 hour.
Shape into 1-in/2-cm balls. Roll in nuts or parsley. Chill. Garnish with seedless grapes on picks.
