| 2 tbsp | mayonnaise (or more, to taste) | 30 mL |
| 1 tbsp | sweet pickle relish | 15 mL |
| 1 tsp | vinegar | 5 mL |

Remove shells from eggs and halve lengthwise. Carefully remove yolks and place in small bowl. Mash yolks with potato masher or fork and add remaining ingredients except paprika; mix until fluffy.
Fill egg white halves with yolk mixture. Sprinkle with paprika.
