Ingredients
| 8 oz | cream cheese | 250 g |
| 1 cup | sour cream | 250 mL |
| 1 cup | salsa | 250 mL |
| 2 cups | cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese, grated | 500 mL |
| 2 tbsp | green onion, chopped | 30 mL |
| 1/2 cup | pitted black olives, sliced | 125 mL |
| tortilla chips |
Directions
Blend cream cheese and sour cream together. Spread in an 8-in/20-cm glass pie plate.
Spread salsa over cream cheese mixture. Top with grated cheese. Top with onion and sliced olives.
Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with tortilla chips placed around edge of pie plate.
