Ingredients
| 1 cup | pineapple juice | 250 mL |
| 1 cup | diced cantaloupe, or other melon | 250 mL |
| 1 tbsp | lemon juice | 15 mL |
Directions
Have ingredients very cold and blend until melon is liquefied. Pour into glasses. Garnish with fresh mint.
