Ingredients

1 cup pineapple juice 250 mL
1 cup diced cantaloupe, or other melon 250 mL
1 tbsp lemon juice 15 mL

Directions

Have ingredients very cold and blend until melon is liquefied. Pour into glasses. Garnish with fresh mint.
